TradeLock ("we", "us", "our") provides a trading discipline service that temporarily restricts access to your MT4/MT5 trading credentials for a period you choose. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

By using TradeLock you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

02Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to operate the service:

• Account information — the email address you provide at checkout, used to identify your subscription and send setup instructions.
• Payment information — the blockchain transaction hash, token (USDT/USDC), network and amount of your payment. We never see or store your wallet private keys.
• Trading credentials — the MT4/MT5 account credentials you choose to place under lock, stored encrypted and never in plain text.
• Usage data — lock durations, activation timestamps and expiry times needed to enforce your discipline settings.
• Technical data — IP address, browser type and device information collected automatically for security and abuse prevention.

03How We Use Your Information

Your information is used strictly to deliver and support the service:

• To activate, enforce and release your trading account locks.
• To verify crypto payments and activate or renew your subscription.
• To let you look up, manage and cancel your subscription without contacting support.
• To send transactional messages such as setup instructions, lock notifications and cancellation confirmations.
• To detect fraud, abuse and unauthorised access attempts.

04How We Protect Your Credentials

Trading credentials are the most sensitive data we handle, and they receive the strongest protection available to us.

• All credentials are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• All data in transit is protected with TLS 1.3.
• Encryption keys are stored separately from encrypted data.
• Access to production systems is restricted and logged.
• We never sell, rent or share your trading credentials with any third party.

05Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in these limited circumstances:

• Infrastructure providers — hosting and database providers that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
• Blockchain networks — payment transactions are recorded on public blockchains by their nature; we do not control this.
• Legal requirements — where required by law, court order or to protect our legal rights.

06Data Retention

We retain your subscription record for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period after cancellation to meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.

Encrypted trading credentials are deleted once your subscription ends and any active lock has expired. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

07Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights over your data:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion — request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Objection — object to processing based on our legitimate interests.
• Withdrawal — cancel your subscription at any time directly from the Manage Subscription page.

08International Transfers

Our infrastructure may process data in countries other than your own. Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected by appropriate safeguards consistent with this policy.

09Children's Privacy

TradeLock is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

10Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through a prominent notice on the website. The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
